After early breakfast pick up at your riad/hotel then we will drive north with through the stunningly beauty of the Rif Mountains towards chefchaouen at the mid-day. On the way you will see the simple Berbers villages of the northern Morocco where you will have many opportunities to shut some photographic of the impressive viewpoints of the Rif Mountains landscapes. Up on Arrival in Cherfchaouen, check in at your charming Riad, Chefchaouen is one of the prettiest towns in Morocco, an artsy, blue-washed mountain village that feels like its own world. The old medina is a delight of Moroccan and Andalucian influence with red-tiled roofs, bright-blue buildings and narrow lanes converging on busy Plaza Uta el-Hammam and its restored kasbah. Here you will spend a night in a nice accommodation with a panoramic view that allows you to enjoy the breeze and the beauty of the nature.
After your breakfast in the riad our authentic journey will start towards volubilis crossing via wazan and other rif villages, in volubilis we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroocan history, after the visit of the ruins we will shift our way to Meknes city the 17th century heritage where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical huge walls of the medina, bab el mansour and enjoy a visit of Moulay ismail shrine. After the visit of Meknes we will drive Ifrane, the ‘Switzerland’ of Morocco and the cedar forests of Azrou where we can stop to hand feed the monkeys. We will continue to Midelt Dinner and night in Hotel.
After breakfast we will depart for Merzouga through the High Atlas region. We will drive through the Ziz River through the valley and stop to see the Ziz Gorges on our way to Merzouga. From here we reach Er Rachidia and then Erfoud, famous for its date festival and fossils, and to the famous Dunes of Erg Chebbi, After a welcoming glass of tea in a Guest House near the dunes, we will ride the camels to see the sunset over the dunes and spend the night in the desert camp. We will have a traditional tagine dinner, drink delicious mint tea, listen to traditional berber music while watching the stars and the rising moon in the amazing Sahara desert.
We will rise early to see the spectacle of the sunrise over the dunes of the Sahara before making our way back to the hotel for breakfast and a shower. After Breakfast we will visit the exotic market of Rissani (first imperial city in Morocco), the largest market in southern Morocco. Continue through the Draa valley, the longest river in Morocco full of small villages and hidden Kasbahs. Stops to admire the fabulous landscape and original geological forms. Again cross the High Atlas to come to Marrakech in the evening. Dropping you off in accommodation
Free Day in Marrakech, a city famous for its Jemaa el Fna, which will occupy much of our time: an amalgam of aromas, sounds and sensations unique. The city also has plenty of places you wander and enjoy: Gardens Majorelle, Menara, Tombs Saadianas, walks or the mellah medina (the old Jewish quarter), the route of the walls, the modern city (Gueliz) with Western lifestyles.
